11x14 on Arches HP 140# paper done with Prismacolor colored pencils and white acrylic paint for the whiskers and ear hairs. I used a clear blending marker to blend the colors on the background.
This is Pepper Anne a beautiful tabby cat that has had many paintings done of her, her eyes are so impressive that you can gaze in them all day long.
It could be a cross between a cat with point-markings and a brownish-striped housecat, couldn't it? Most of the cats with fur-markings like this cat are crosses between Siameses and normal housecats, so this colour could really come from the cross. Actually, this eyecolour only seems to appear along with very light striped cats [so that they almost look white] and the grey-brown Siamese/Thai Cat/Snowshoe-crosses.
